We are looking for dedicated homeowners to fill three open board positions. This is an excellent opportunity to impact decisions that directly affect our community. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to contribute and work collaboratively.

We value homeowner engagement and want to encourage active participation in our community. That’s why we may offer a 10% reduction on your annual HOA dues ($15 off) if you attend all four quarterly HOA meetings in 2025.

💰 Annual HOA Dues: $150 per residence (Due February 28, 2025)
